3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Empreer platform • Personalize your feed, job recommendations, and Circle suggestions • Enable messaging and networking features between users • Process Corporate and Talent Scout verification applications • Send transactional communications (account activity, application updates) • Ensure platform safety, detect fraud, and enforce our Terms • Comply with legal obligations We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling without your explicit consent.
4. Information Sharing
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances: • With other Empreer users as part of your public or semi-public profile • With Corporate and Talent Scout accounts when you apply to job listings • With service providers who assist us in operating the platform (hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements • When required by law, legal process, or governmental authority • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets (with notice to you) Your Circle connections, reactions, and direct messages are private and visible only to relevant parties.
